How long does delivery take?

Inside Dhaka city, 1–2 working days. Elsewhere in Dhaka division, 2–3 days. Anywhere else in the country, 3–5 days. You will see the estimate for your own address at checkout, before you pay.

What does delivery cost?

It depends on your address and the weight of the parcel — the exact amount is calculated at checkout. Delivery is free on orders over ৳5,000, and some products ship free regardless of order value.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, nationwide. You may open and inspect the parcel before paying the courier. A small handling fee applies in some areas and is shown at checkout.

How does 0% EMI work?

Selected products qualify for instalments of up to 12 months with credit cards from our partner banks. Look for the EMI panel on the product page — it shows your exact monthly amount before you commit. Final approval rests with your card issuer.

Are your products genuine?

Yes. Everything is sourced through authorised channels and carries the warranty shown on its product page. We are an authorised reseller for several of the brands we stock, marked with a badge on the brand page.

How do I track my order?

Open your order from the My Orders page. The delivery timeline updates live as your parcel moves, and every status change is emailed to you as well. Once the courier collects it, the tracking number appears on the same page.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel free of charge from the order page while the order is still pending or confirmed. After it is packed it is with the courier, so it becomes a return instead.

How do returns and refunds work?

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Refunds go back to the method you paid with and typically appear within 5–7 business days once processed. Full details are on the Returns & refunds page.

Do you have physical stores?

Yes — outlets across Dhaka, Chattogram and Sylhet where you can try products, arrange an EMI plan or trade in an old device. Addresses and opening hours are on the Store Locator page.

Question 10

My payment failed but money was deducted. What now?

Accepted Answer

Gateways sometimes hold an amount before releasing it. Your order stays saved with the items reserved, and you can retry payment from the order page. If the amount is not released within a few working days, contact us with your order number and we will trace it.
